Most people who find their way here are not looking for another thing to achieve. They are looking for a way back - to their body, to their breath, to something quieter than the noise they have been living inside.

What is offered here is not a fitness programme. Not a wellness protocol. Not therapy. It is a considered practice - movement, breath, and stillness - designed to meet you where you are, and create the conditions for something to shift.

How far you go is always your choice.


Movement

Group · Private

The weekly Mindful Flow class at OneEarth Yoga in Mont Kiara moves through a slow vinyasa sequence - poses held for several breaths, transitions made with attention, the body given time to arrive before moving on. Pranayama is woven in. So is a thread of quiet inquiry - a question introduced at the start of class, returned to gently throughout.

It is a yoga class. It is also an invitation to pay attention to what arises when you slow down enough to notice.

Private sessions follow the same quality of attention, shaped to where you are and what you need.

Breath

Group · Private

The breath is the only system in the body that is both autonomic and voluntary. It runs without you. And it responds the moment you touch it.

Breathwork sessions draw on the Life Awareness™ method - a somatic, awareness-led approach that uses the breath to regulate the nervous system, create space in the body, and bring the mind into the present moment. No performance. No forcing. Just attention, guided carefully.

Sessions: 60 minutes. Group and private available.

Meditation

Learning to meditate is not learning to empty the mind. It is learning to sit with what is here - without immediately trying to change it.

Sessions are guided, practical, and grounded. They are for people who have tried and found it difficult, and for people who have never tried at all. The entry point does not matter. Showing up does.

Sessions: 60 minutes. Group and private available.

Empowerment

Monthly Workshop · Group

The Empowerment Workshop is a three-hour group experience, held monthly.

It begins with 45 minutes of strong, slow flow - movement designed to settle the body and quiet the mind, with a single question introduced at the start and returned to gently again and again before the end. Then a break: time to breathe, to speak if you want to, to let the room become familiar.

The second half is an Empowerment Yin session - 75 to 90 minutes of long-held postures, guided inquiry, and open expression. You may journal. You may write. You may simply be still. There is no correct way to participate. There is no expectation of what should happen.

Some people leave with clarity they did not arrive with. Some leave with more questions. Some leave having surprised themselves entirely.

The workshop is built on a methodology of self-inquiry and inner guidance rooted in yogic philosophy. It is designed to create the conditions for something real to surface. What surfaces is yours.

Three hours. Monthly. Group only.

Huang will be in Bali in the middle of August, and again from September to early October 2026, to further his training. During this period, group classes and private sessions will be paused. Enquiries made during this time will be responded to on his return.
